Can I order online directly from Blaze on Fire?
Yes. Order straight from us for pickup or curbside and skip the delivery-app markup. It is the same kitchen and the same food, and ordering direct keeps the margin with the restaurant instead of the apps. Use the Order Online button anywhere on this site.
What kind of food is it?
Peruvian and Japanese Nikkei fusion. Charcoal pollo a la brasa from an authentic Peruvian oven, a full ceviche bar, a Nikkei sushi bar with signature maki, and chifa wok dishes like lomo saltado and chaufa.
Are you BYOB?
Yes, we are BYOB. Bring the bottle you want with dinner. The homemade chicha morada, maracuya, and limonada are on us to pour.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is free parking in the back. We are on Main Street in Hackensack, easy to reach from anywhere in Bergen County.
Do you do pickup and curbside?

Do you take reservations or large-party bookings?
We are a walk-in and takeout spot first. For large parties, private events, or big group orders, send a note through our catering and events page and we will help you plan it.

Is there a service fee?
